When Albert Einstein heard the
thirteen-year-old child prodigy Yehudi Menuhin play, he responded with his
famous memento mori: in the course of his incomparable career, Lord
Menuhin - the great violinist, conductor and humanist - devoted himself
primarily to encouraging young musicians.
In honour of Lord Yehudi Menuhin, Montblanc is presenting the new Donation
Pen, that is decorated with a stylised violin neck and Lord Menuhin's
signature. Montblanc is donating part of the proceeds of every single
writing instrument to the Philharmonia of the Nations.
