ERCOLESSI
LIMITED EDITION FOUNTAIN PEN
The
prestigious Milanese pen shop E.E. Ercolessi celebrated their 75th
anniversary in 1996 with this special pen.
It was made in collaboration with Omas and recalls the friendship
between Edgardo Ercolessi and Armado Simoni, founders of the respective
Over the fears Omas has made many special pens for retail be,
Ercolessi, and this special commemorative pen has been made in Ercolessi's
green signature color and is packaged with a bottle of green ink.
The design is derived from the earliest Omas pens of the 1920s, but
also has several similarities with the British Swan Visofil made in the
mid 1930s and a favorite pen of E.E. Ercolessi's Paola Maggi.
The
E.E. Ercolessi 18-ct
gold nib is a traditional design and does not follow the current fashion for
two-colour nibs.
